About

“I’m in the business of ‘We’

You are not alone, I am here to help.

I’m here to help regardless of your treatment plan.

I will focus on you: ‘you can do this without me, but I’m here to help you.’

I help to identify problematic patterns that you may not see. Bringing these patterns to light is a first step in changing them.

I help you identify the problems and challenges in your life, teaching you techniques and tools on how to impact change within your relationships.

You want change - I help you get there.

I help heal those things that are holding you back.

When you slip, I’m here to help and lift you back up.”

I believe individuals are worthy of experiencing their best quality of life. Sometimes to achieve this, it requires a partnership with another person to help bring change. Together we can set goals and work to address your current stressors that get in the way of you experiencing the life you want to have.

Whether you or your loved one have a substance use disorder, a history of trauma, or experience high levels of anger or anxiety, there is relief, and I am here to help you. I also enjoy working with couples to navigate the many stressors relationships encounter and work toward a healthier and more fulfilling connection.

I utilize a person-centered and strength-based approach to help clients identify their strengths and help them utilize these strengths to succeed in life. Clients will also learn the impact that their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors have on their overall well-being. My treatment approach is customized for each patient and their goals. Theoretical approaches that I draw upon are Motivational Interviewing (MI), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). It takes courage to reach out and ask for help. I look forward to hearing from you.
